Kumara and Broccoli Salad
2 cups kumara, cut into chips
1cup broccoli, small florets
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp coarse kelp
Boil kumara for 3 minutes and broccoli for about 2 minutes.
Drain.
Place the cooked vegetables in a salad bowl and add olive oil,
apple cider vinegar and kelp.
Stir to cover vegetables and serve.
