German Green Beans and Asparagus
450g each of green beans and asparagus
dressing:
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dill seed or basil
Steam beans and asparagus, cool.
Toss with dressing.
Chill 20-60 minutes.
Then just before serving add ΒΌ cup chopped walnuts or brazil nuts.
