Sage and Onion Pinwheels
250g cream cheese
30 fresh sage leaves
3 Tbsp spring onions, finely chopped
Freshly ground pepper
Soften cream cheese, spread out on a 20cm sheet of aluminium foil.
Lay the sage leaves evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle with spring onions and black pepper.
Roll up the cheese in the foil into a tight log.
Chill for 1-2 hours or until firm, remove from the foil and cut into slices.
Great serve on The Breadman's herb crackers!
